We have taken every step possible to keep costs down so all who want to participate in this event can. Unfortunately, some costs are beyond our control. Horseback riding and paintball are two of those costs. These services are provided by off-site businesses and require additional fees.

Also, the site fees and meal fees barely cover the costs involved in putting this event together, so we ask for people to consider donating to help defray the costs of this outreach. We understand if people cannot kick in the extra funds and are thankful to those who can help make this outreach possible. Thank you very much!

Our schedule allows for two activity periods on Saturday. A two hour period on Saturday morning and a three hour period in the afternoon. We also have activity periods scheduled for Sunday. Most of our activities are free however we are forced to charge for horseback riding and paintball.

Camp Prices and Fees

Lodging Fees All participants must provide their own tents and campsite equipment. Note: We will only be providing evening meals for the conference on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday nights. No breakfasts or lunches are planned so you can prepare them with your son at your site.
