God is preparing our camp for a greater work and our Board of Directors believes the Lord is calling us to take a Sabbath rest this summer, a time of prayer and fasting, in order to clearly understand His expanded vision for our summer camp. The dynamics of, and ways in which we can most effectively meet the needs of the children we minister to, have changed over the years. Their need for salvation and greater intimacy with God remains constant. Our concern is how to reach the most children and introduce them to God's amazing, unconditional love. In order to do this, we believe it is necessary to take a step back, seek the Lord with all our hearts, and begin preparing to implement these improvements for the summer of 2012.

It is our hope that our many friends, who have and continue to support us, will join us in praying for God's best plan for our summer program, including better methods of communication with our electronic driven young people.

Jesus spoke about the ineffectiveness of putting new wine into old wineskins. Our prayer is that our new wineskin will result in an even greater harvest for God's kingdom.
