Every summer we have small number of financially-supported groups of kids. For the past four years, we have had sponsors for kids who were affected by hurricane Katrina. We have also had Angel Tree kids and numerous other kids from hardship backgrounds. Many of the kids who come to Good Tidings are from the inner city of New York City. Some have never seen waterfalls or open fields. Many have never been away from sirens, gunshots, and domestic violence.

We would like to increase the number of financially-supported kids for the summer of 2012 and ask for your support. We at Good Tidings would like to offer you the opportunity to support a child going to camp in the summer. Weekly support and donations to camp are much appreciated; however, we would never be anywhere without heavy prayer and spiritual support. As the Bible states, Satan goes about seeking whom he may devour. He attempts to destroy the relationship between God and young children. If it was not for the power of Jesus Christ and our faith in Him, we would be defeated. So we ask you to continue to pray for the summer 2012 camp ministry. Please help us to help those who cannot help themselves, because only evil prevails when good men do nothing. Help us spread the good news of the Gospel of Jesus Christ and shout the good tidings of His Word to those who have ears to hear and hearts to receive. Please support a child coming to camp.
